Peterson's Potato Salad

(Family Gathering Size)

5 lbs of red potatoes peeled, cut into bite sized pieces and boiled in salted water.
1 dozen extra large eggs hard boiled
2 cups Miracle Whip
2 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.
Boil eggs to hard boiled. (Doing this step early and refrigerating (still in shells) saves time.)
Mix Miracle Whip, mustard and sugar. Add peeled diced eggs. Mix well. (Will look like egg salad.)
Add potatoes folding in gently until mixed.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavor to really get into potatoes.
